Workforce Development
Burgess Services is committed to creating passage ways and opportunities in the construction industry for undeserved communities, formerly incarcerated, veterans, TANF recipients, those exiting the foster care system, previously homeless, women, minorities, and graduates of apprenticeship programs. There is shortage in qualified construction workers nationwide. We are committed to do our part to fill this gap. We assist in hiring, outreach, recruitment, and engagement with prospective hires across many sects of the industry and with subs who need it.
